Same to you, thanks

I feel like I'm alone here or I'm the only one complaining lol

You’re definitely not alone, day 210 here. There are loads of us still waiting with not even a peep from USCIS...

I'm sorry for the difficulties! I was in tears when I called to inquire about the RFE while I was out of the country, and after waiting for a few hours for a callback, they informed me that if I didn't give them a domestic fax number for them to fax the RFE reason within the next 2 minutes they were hanging up. Needless to say, as my parents were answering for the fax number my 2 minutes were up and he hung up on me :(

Such a stressful situation

Wow sorry to hear that... seems so rude

of course @DonAnn you all rooted for me !

Mine took 8 days after receipt of my RFE

Thank you! We're still waiting for the RFE to arrive, we still don't know what they want. So hopefully it will arrive soon so we can start working on it and don't waste more time :clock: It's very frustrating.

Oh gosh this is horrible. I give up

Don’t give up - as unfortunate as it is, we are at their mercy and have ZERO control over the wait. Just let this process take it’s course; one thing is for sure - they will eventually answer all petitions.

There are people who’ve waited several months past normal processing times before they received their approval; you’ve made it super, super far and it would be a waste to give it up now darling!

Wishing you an approval soon! In the interim, all we can do is wait, hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

hugs to you!

Alright so after all that I was told that they mailed me a letter stating that they don't know when the case will be processed yet and that they are aware of the difficulties and whatever delays may cause... they are committed to processing cases blah blah blah... BS!

mailed you a letter... wait what @DonAnn? For what? Outside of the NOA2 what else could it be? UGH

Thank you. The wait is really starting to get to me.  I was on the phone with tier 1 representative when you wrote this.  She acted like she really didn't want to transfer my call and was playing dumb so I played along until she finally transferred me... now I of to wait for callback.  She did claim that my case was assigned to an officer on 5/10  but who knows if that's true... I'm ready to lose it cause who knows if they'll just approve it... rfe at this point will probably cause me to turn into hulk

You know I KNOW this ALL TOO WELL! I was right there with you 2 weeks ago. PLEASE HANG in there as you asked me to. I know it is frustrating.. I KNOW.. Juts hold on like @Sarac9

@BryceAndRebeca I was losing it too once they received the RFE. There was silence.. no update on my app or old website. NOTHING even until now. It was only an email, then new website updated on 5/2. Then mail appeared saying case was approved from 4/27. EXTREMELY quiet.. So as they told me before, and I will say to you...ANY DAY NOW once you submit, and USCIS stamps "RFE received". Seems to be taking anywhere from 7-15 workings days..

You are right... I'll just take a break. My hunches were right for everyone on here that I felt would get an approval in a particular week but when it comes to myself I'm a mess... I know the answer will come but I just don't want to be one of the ones waiting way past 7 months...

Thank you so much! it's driving me nuts because we don't know what it is. The uncertainty of not knowing what they are requesting it's nerve racking. I just want to respond to them so we can get approved! So hopefully it will arrive soon :(:(

I understand that frustration. That's why I am still lurking, and waiting to see your praise report :)

It will get there at least within 4 working days. Just get on it ASAP, and expedite it. You can call the Post Office at Laguna Niguel and someone will confirm when USCIS picked up your mail. Later that night or the next day your account will say RFE received. Then count about 7-15 working days from there. Anything beyond those days seems a bit outside the normal processing time. I am going by my experience and those of @EllyNelly @BnK who got the same RFE as I did, and got RFE approval right when I did as well (give or take a day). In addition, the scans from @DanielP show the same timeframe processing as well. I know there are outliers and someone might say my RFE received to NOA2 took longer, but I can only share from my experience. I was a maniac not too long ago
