I have a full time job just got it and it’s 2,000 above to poverty guideline I was wondering if I got a second job would that be ok financial or would I have to get a co sponser

having more income just helps you out. it's a positive thing. Now for the K-1 visa you are only required 100% of the federal poverty line, but for AOS is 125% of your household

9/5/2018                     We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time (this is getting boring!!!)

10/3/2018                  We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time (this is insanity, 4th time while some got GC)

10/17/2018                After 136 days of wait in HELL, finally EAD in production

10/21/2018                Card was mailed to me, and yes it said so on a Sunday night, while Vj-ing

10/22/2018                Card was picked up by the USPS

10/24/2018                EAD in hand. F%^&& finally

12/28/2018                Interview has been scheduled. Waiting for notification with date by snail mail

What is aos lol and I did not know that?

Adjustment of Status.  The K-1 fiance has 90 days after entering US to marry and file.  Failure to do so within 90 days after entry will result in the fiance/spouse to be in an illegal presence status.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Ohhh I knew that haha but I thought the 100% was only for military

Pretty much is.  Many countries will still require 125% for the I-134.
