Hi All,

We are in the process of filling the i-751 form (version: 12/05/17) and we notice that in Part 7 of the form, there is a section: Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center

In this sections, it starts out by saying: I, _____________ understand the purpose of USCIS ASC appointment is for me to provide fingerprints, photograph, and/or signature....

With the blank in this section, i am trying to type in the information in the blank but the form isn't allowing me to do it. I am hoping to get some advice on how to progress from the folks who have used this version of the form and submitted it to USCIS.

Thanks and kind regards,

You can print your name in that blank space (if the form does not allow you to type in). The person removing conditions (not the USC) has to write their name there (not signature). Remember the USC does not do fingerprints at the uscis office.
