I'll be honest, I've never really understood why anyone would opt for a judicial ceremony other than a desire to have one doc vs two but IMO the potential delays far outweigh the benefits.  The more expedient path is to naturalize > go to your local courthouse and change your name (same day) > apply for passport in new name by providing certificate + name change doc > change SSN details with the same.  Rinse and repeat for drivers license etc.   After you have your passport, new SSN card and any other ID sorted you can file away your naturalization certificate and name change order and largely forget about them for the most part.

Not sure if you can see this but did you finally got your oath? How long this finally took you?, I went this route and my interview was 3 months ago and still waiting

You are not obligated to take counsel. Don't blame it on anonymous people

The decision is yours to take the blame is on USCIS and the courts
