Check with your doctor about it and follow his advice.  Otherwise, if you can attend, it is a good idea.  If you cannot, a doctor's report that you are pregnant and for how long, along with evidence conception occurred when you were actually in the Dominican Republic would be good for your husband to take to the interview.

Yes conception occurred while I was in the Dominican Republic. I sent in pictures of the pregnancy test and of us at the clinic while getting blood result. I sent those picture with my AOS package. And also sent in my passport stamps that shows I was in the DR from March 3rd-April 12/2018
