Hey guys !

@Booze&Blues

I had my oath ceremony today , it was a great experience and I enjoyed it .

we were 50 people taking the oath, we were first called by country ( of origin ) just to see how many people from different cultures were going to be citizens :)

it took about an hour and a half , took pictures with friends and families then every one left so quick hhhhhi .

I think we all wanted to be done with this long process so our journey with uscis would be finally over .

I wish to all the ones who are still waiting for the interview That they will get to this last step so you guys can relax like I will from today .

I also want to thank every one ( visajiurney family ) , wish you all the best 💐

have a good week end .

I know for a fact that Philadelphia Office is scheduling oath ceremony on Mondays and on Fridays.

The Immigration Officer on my case is an amazing human being who genuinely cares about me and my application - he's called me several times to update my status and last week when he called to finally inform me that my application was approved and he told me they're scheduling oath ceremony on Mondays and Fridays and I could pick what day work best for me.

Anyways, happy to report that I am scheduled for my oath ceremony tomorrow :)!

Congratulations!!

Mine took longer too. Send my N400 in July 2017. Biometric was done August 2017. Interview was April 2018. And Oath ceremony was 5/11/18. Took 10 months from start to finish...

Seems to me that online folks are moving sooo much faster!! I didn’t even know you could apply online until I sent my application package out!

Good luck to everyone who’s still waiting!!!

@mexi88 I read on a different forum that judicial oath ceremony time frame in and around the Philadelphia area depends on how busy is your respective county's court. One person mentioned to me that it may take up to 3 months to get to judicial oath ceremony. But I hope that was an exaggerated example and not the norm. Eventually tho you'll get there!

Off topic question, did anyone on this thread got asked for either passport size pictures or married couple pictures on their interviews?

I'll be attending my interview this coming Tuesday and thought to check in with you guys.

Thanks and good luck to all.:)
