Interesting Article  Its true, everybody seems to want a Truck or SUV nowadays. May be a smart move on Fords part.

Toyota sells roughly 12 different Automobiles  with a multitude of grades buried in those models. I also think they could drop several cars.

And when gas hits $5 gallon people will be scrambling back to fuel efficient cars. Remember 1973.

and you know it. If that happens the Value on them will plummet. and there  are going to be a lot of people with serious negative equity

The 1989 Ford Taurus ties for #1 on my list of Worst Cars of All Time.

Tied with the 1982 Chevy Cavalier.

Taking either one to a junkyard and angrily sledgehammering them to smithereens would be too kind a fate.

Of course, the current Cadillac XTS is a strong challenger.

I had a 1983 Cavalier and it was OK.  Not the worst.

Worst vehicle I ever had was a 1993 or 1994 (can't remember) Chevy G20 conversion van.  EVERYTHING went wrong...  Don't know what I was thinking by keeping it past the warranty.  Guess I figured that things that got fixed under the warranty would never be a problem again.  That was really stupid on my part.  After I got rid of it I swore I would NEVER by another GM product.

If only Toyota would drop the rough-riding, small cab, featureless Tacoma from their lineup.

Why would they drop the number one selling mid size truck in America with the highest resell value of any vehicle sold in America.

Rusting frames, uncomfortable ride, plastic bed, breakage under loads, poor fuel economy, just to name a few.  I get it - the Taco has a STRONG fanboi base.  But I really don’t see why.  Every single person I have talked to who was a former Tacoma owner talked it down pretty badly.  I’m a small guy, and I found the driver’s seat to be uncomfortable even on a test drive.  Wouldn’t want to sit in one for a long drive.

Don't all Toyota's rust? I know my husband's bucket-o-bolts is rusting like crazy. At least it's not a RAM.

Honestly, the only thing that matters are EVs.

Gas guzzling cars aren't worth my time anymore.
