Good morning y’all

I had my interview yesterday afternoon and I passed it, however, no same day oath was given. The interview was conducted pretty much like what I’ve read at this site. The officer told me that I’ll receive the oath ceremony letter in the mail.

I decided to file N-400 after almost 27 years being a permanent resident, because I wanted to vote for this election. Even I missed the registration by a couple of weeks due to the pandemic, I still can say I’m happy that I’ll be done with USCIS

My immigration journey came to the end.

I attended the Oath ceremony this morning.
The ceremony was simple and quick.

I registered the vote when I got home and at least I can participate the senate’s runoff election!

Hi!

Applied for N-400 Aug 9th, bio reuse Sept 4th and just got notification that interview was scheduled Nov 10th. I’m so surprised that this happened so quickly. My interview date isn’t showing up in my documents tab yet.

Your interview date was Nov 10, 2020? That is in the past? Your post is on Nov 11. Confused :)

I think he meant that’ll November 10 his interview was scheduled for some date in the future. Nevertheless, that was lightning fast. I’ve been waiting 3 months since my Biometrics reuse and still don’t have an interview scheduled.

Congrats! At least there is some movement in ATL. If it s a year since Biometrics then we all are in for a lot of waiting. I only got my Bio reuse in September 2020 so... based on 1 year logic almost a year from now 😕

Its just in my case the year waiting. But who knows once everything starts getting normal next year with new government it can ramp up the speed as well. Good Luck!
