Congrats!

there's no time limit to file for AOS. Some people have waited over a year to file for various reasons. BUT, it's better to file sooner than later if you spouse wants to work and/or travel outside the US and return because they will not be able to do either until they have EAD/AP or green card

You must marry within the 90 days. You can file for AOS based on that marriage at any point afterwards (even with an overstay, as a spouse of a USC).

If you don't file for AOS within the 90 days from POE, you will be unlawfully present and technically deportable. An overstay by itself is not a priority for any sort of removal action, but avoiding it (or minimizing the length of it if possible) is advised.

Once you file for AOS, you are granted authorized stay in the US while the case is pending.
