Good Afternoon,  I would like some help please my love is in Haiti do any one know what the price is for the medical between the doctors? I have him and our 2 daughters that would be going there 4 and 5. Also I know I have to pay x3 on some forms but do you know what forms that would be? I know I will be asking a lot of questions as I prepare to send my packet off next month. Im waiting on the babies passports to come back. Thank you in advance for any help

There is a Portal for Haiti with all the information you are to need but medical portion will awhile before you need that and also each person will there own forms and each fee separately $535 each... Are you applying for a K1 or CR1 visa?? Are you a US citizen??? Your kids won’t need to do all of that just their passports from the embassy and show that you are an American  then You only pay only $535 for the application fee for him l.

Sorry I see you are doing K1 and K2 so yes separate forms and fees for everyone

Thank you I also was looking for that portal I am new on here and still moving around while at work lol

yes ... individual forms ... prices may be different ... in my country  Spain ... is 333 euros  + 14 years old and 95 euros  little children...

FYI my husband used Dr Buteau in PAP and no issues- got the medical back quickly. 🙂

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

US Entry : 12/15/14 Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15
