RFE for I601

 file i601 since April 2016  after 13 months they sent for RFE.. They recived it July 24 2017  since I am not hearing anything only that my case is active  I am getting a bit discourage.

Yes they reponse in May I am been denied they claim I don't have enough evidence and I was told to appeal in 30 days that appeal cost.$1200  not giving them any more of my money .will use to pay my daughter University fee.

I don't know, you probably have to wait a bit before doing so. Maybe try asking in another forum.
