Hello,

I am the petitioner, i live in ukraine with my fiancée, My application was sent to TX from Ukraine.

I sent the application using Fedex on April 6th 2018. it was received in texas on April 11 2018( according to Fedex notification)

I have not been contacted by USCIS nor the service center.

I have not received NOA.

I have not received any email from USCIS.

Do any of you have insight into this situation?

It has been 14 days. Is this normal for applications that are sent from abroad, beneficiary's country?

I would appreciate your answer. Thanks.

Do you mean, uscis totally ignored my application?

But I read somewhere that I could , at a later time , show proof that I intended to make USA my domicile in the future?

To my understanding, you have not met the requirement by not having a domicile in the USA, so the packet would be rejected.

this is from the i-129f instructions page.

As per this information, USCIS doesn't care about domicile rules for fiance visas applications.

I have sent the below form , g-1145 with my application, Do you have any ideas why am i not getting notified about the acceptance of my application

The lack of a us address could trigger a rejection, but many factors could be like wrong check amount for the K1 Visa or many other issues. It's hard to tell. NoA-1 usually are given almost rigth away. Now in your case, if they rejected, they might have send the packet back to Ukraine via regular mail. That is also a possibility among others

It don't matter where you live when you file. They just want to draw money from a US bases bank account, that's all.

Just a curious question; did you put a future US address on the petition?

You can apply from outside of US and the noa1 will come, although it takes time. And you will need to prove domicile later at the interview stage.

As said above the bank you used etc is a different issue. Do you know if the petition reached them or if your money has been withdrawn.

even in local cases sometimes it takes up to 3-4 weeks to get noa1.

Not to say this is the case, but when I got my package rejected, I didn't receive any notification at all and I also submitted a g-1145.  I just got the package back with the rejection letter in it.
