The Obama sending money to Iran is such a well known event I figured, most that have not lived in cave the last 6 years knew of it.

Yes so please show me when, where and how "Obama sent money to Iran".

 

Specifically Obama of course, not the US Government or the unfreezing of assets that were Iran's in the first place.

 

Oh and just to be clear you said Obama GAVE Iran cash, not just sent them cash. Slightly different.

 

You can't give someone something they already own. So unfreezing assets isn't giving them money. It's releasing money that is theirs already.

There are no insults. I've been asking a simple question for about a page now. The answer should be fairly simple. I'm trying to make it as easy for you as possible.

 

I'm trying to discuss the "fact" you claimed, but I can't do that without you providing details. You seem to want to just make a statement and the separate yourself from it completely.

Thanks for at least providing something. You didn't make the original post so I realize you didn't have to.

 

The link you provide doesn't even provide a number. How much exactly? The only "money sent to Iran" i can really find is the money (plus interest) we owed on a deal from the 70's. It was around 1.8 billion I think.

 

I haven't seen any estimates of the Wall costing only a couple billion.

Yes, it seems they care much more about being perceived as giving Trump (or any other Washington outsider) a political win rather than the "Dreamers".  Brass tacks and all.

Are you sure about that?  I don't think the legal questions have all been answered with respect to the constitutionality of DACA yet.
