My fiancee applied for a K1 for me, we've already got it approved and got the visa granted. I'll be moving to the US within 2 months. She currently works part-time (we used co-sponsor) and makes enough to pay her bills and sustain herself, she is still looking for a second option flexible with her current work schedule, no debt of any kind (Didn't pursue a degree further) and luckily we also won't have to pay rent as she got a place thanks to her parents. We both have got some savings as well for the AOS and expenses during the time I would be unauthorized to work or without contributing our income.

Now, she does use a free health insurance from the government (Medicaid?) and EBT card for her, which at least until I get to contribute to our income it would be kinda needed for her. For me (the immigrant) personally I am willing to be without any health insurance until I can start paying for one. I am generally much more healthier than her ( Last time I was in a hospital was in 2014 when a temporal mosquito virus swept my country ), but she needs it and what not the EBT card. We don't mind losing both at the time contributing for the our income and then actually paying for one. So I am more wondering, how long do we have before she lose those benefits after marriage?

She wouldn't lose those benefits unless her financial status changes and her income meets the threshold for no longer being eligible for services.

So long until our combined income make over the threshold for being eligible then? perhaps after at the time of filling taxes together?

Your presence in the home will not affect her benefits until you begin working.
