Provide information about beneciary’s family and children. 

Do the beneficiary provide information for the children from previous relationship of the petitioner? Without previous marriage, no custody and only obligation for child support? Does the beneficiary need to include those kids or no,since they have no obligation rights with each other? And the petitioner’s name is not on the birth certificate?

Note. He doesnt clame her in his taxes, just pay her insurance and child support

Yes we did too. Everywhere- i864, i 485, but since they are basically not my children and the question asks : Beneficiary’s children I think I should not include them on that part? I130

Let me see the I130 first because my husband is the USC and I am the benefeciary

Yes because technically is now your family... She is there beneficiary family (my husband y my stepdaugter) because I dont have kinds :)

Did he has previous marriage and if his name is on the birth certificate? Cuz thats not our case 😩 So I don’t think I have anything to do with the kids and don’t want to be a mistake when I add them?

No she hasnt his last name and he never got marry but he has a child support, have her in his insurance and see her once a year because she live in another State
