Ok. So i looked all over this site and found nothing. Rapidvisa asked me to provide a statement from meetme stating that they are not an IMBRA. That was impossible so i wrote my own statement and included defition of an IMB and highlighted on terms of use that the website is free and minimum age to join is 13. I also stated we did not use the site for very long and began communicating on facebook...does anyone forsee any problems with this situation? Thanks!

The fact that you did not use the site for very long is meaningless and superfluous as it is the site that you first met.  10 seconds or 10 years is the same

YMMV

What you did should be fine for the not-an-IMB requirement.

The only problem I foresee is using RV... ;)

i wouldnt concern myself to much on that, since what we did in our case was tell that we meet online briefly and then shortly after started communicating outside the dating app. in our case there was no RFE or need for explaining IMBRA or not. Website was Mamba.ru which could be construted as a IMBRA

Ok cool. Basically that is what i did. Thanks. I know there are no guarantees because a human has the ability to say yes or no and we are unable to contact the reviewing officer...but it feels good to have some support.

VJ is free and has far more people to review it. :D

We've just seen a number of bad experiences from RV over the years. It's basically playing telephone with the information.

For reference, we did get an RFE last year requesting proof that OKCupid was not an IMB. It is hit or miss if the IO will request this documentation.

Well i had already paid RV before finding this site. But so far they have been ok. And okcupid is easy to get into contact with. But meetme does not respond and does not mention IMBRA in the terms if use.

Hi there, I'm in the same situation. Rapidvisa asked me that statement. I tried to contact Meet Me but it is impossible. Can you tell me what did you do? Did you have any problem? My fiancee and I are desperate. Thanks!

So all you can do is write your own statement about meetme not responding and highlight that meetme is free in the terms and conditions. That is what i did and rapidvisa accepted that.
