Have you read i130 instructions where it asks for evidences of bonafide relationship??

I'm late to the party...

This is incorrect. She can still visit. Just as stated before, avoid staying too long in the US / not long enough outside the US. Visits are permitted.

It's not an "average".  It's annual income that they look at.

When you send your i130; that’s what instructions for a given form would mean.
