So I am a June 2016 I130 filer and we just got our case number from NVC! YAY! Now we have to start the second leg of the process. I have to pay the fees and send my affidavit of support and financial evidence. I live in Turkey with my husband and we really don't make much once it is converted to USD so I was hoping to list my parents as financal support. What should I do? Do I send there information along with mine? We have to file everything electronically is there a step that I am missing?

If you are asking about what to do for joint sponsors, I take it that you have not read the instructions for i-864. It's here: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf

As for whether you are an electronic filer (pivot case) or regular mail filer (non-pivot), it should be pretty clear from the welcome letter that you will receive soon.

We just got our case number from NVC and need to pay our fees. Since my husband and I both live and work in Turkey, the money we make after converted to Dollars is very low, so my parents are going to support us. I am very confused, do I need to pay an affidavit of support fee for them as well and if so how do I add them to my NVC log in to do this. I cant do anything until I pay my fees but I don't want to do anything wrong.

Unless your current salary in Turkey will be maintained in the U.S., you cannot use it as AOS.  However, you will still act as main sponsor and file I-864.

There is no additional fee for AOS by adding a joint sponsor.  When your fees cleared and changed to paid (assuming you are a pivot case, as I think Turkey is),  you will be able to add joint sponsor (who has to fill in I-864).  You will need to upload I-864 and proof of U.S. status.  Then, after an hour, you will see the name added under your name.  Then, you can click to add other documents for the joint sponsor.  If your parents file taxes together, your other parent will need to be added as a household member to the joint sponsor.  You will do the same thing as adding the joint sponsor, except you add I-864A and marriage certificate for your parents as proof of relationship.

In all, you need to fill in I-864 and your parents another I-864 and I-864A.
