My fiance, the petitioner, and I are in Saudi Arabia and planning of filing for the K1 visa from here. My question is, how could we send the package to the USCIS? I understand it has to be mailed but has anyone of you gone through something similar? I don't want the package to get lost or to take a lot of time to reach their office. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

I am not sure is whatever I am saying is right or wrong but when my fiancé was going to file my K1 visa and he planned to move KSA to live with me and filed from here so he did some research.. but it was not authentic so he changed the plan and he stayed in US and filed my K1 .. so according to his research you have to send this documents to your local consulate or embassy and they will send you the confirmation.. again this is not authentic so please before stepping up do some research from your end.. and again they are taking so much time to complete all process for K1 so think and then decide because if you both is together right now so file Marriage base visa..

If you do the K-1 visa process, you need to mail the I-129F + all documentation to the Texas lockbox. How you send it doesn't really matter...it just needs to get there. The address is on the USCIS website.

That said, if you are living together abroad, it may be wiser to marry and do a CR-1 visa instead. It takes a few months longer, but otherwise is better in every way (cheaper, faster green card, can work, can travel, etc.).

Timelines:

ROC:
