i290fb for abandonment, rfe, I-485 AOS K1

Hello,

 

Long story short.  Everything was going smooth for us.  K-1 Fiance Visa, Marriage - we're very happy,  Work, and Advanced Parole- no problem.  We sent an I-485.  They sent an RFE.  We didn't receive it, therefore, we didn't respond in time.  We received a denial for abandonment.  We are going to send a bunch of evidence with an motion to reopen the case.

 

I have a question for Part 2. Information About the Appeal or Motion, Question 3, "Specific Classification Requested."  Do we put anything in there?

 

Also,  it was sent to us from U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Kansas City Field Office 10320 NW Prarie View Road, Kansas City, MO 64153.   Where do we send the motion and evidence?  Chicago Lockbox?  

 

I know some of you are going to disagree with filing a motion to reopen.  I'm about done with everything and have been told it will be fine by the same field office (inperson help desk, a catholic charity, and a lawyer).  We are going to send the motion to reopen.  I will think about sending another application for I485 too.

 

Please, if you have filed a motion to reopen under similiar circumstances, please share your thoughts.  Also, please focus on answering my two main questions as we need to file this today, tomorrow, or asap.  Are 30-33 days is coming to a close soon.   Thank You.
