It usually takes less than 2 weeks.  Also, you don't need to get your passport stamped. Your expired green card and the letter they mail you are all the legal protections you need for a year.

I-751 Removal of Conditions

-01/15/18 Mailed I-751

-01/18/18 Arrived at California Service Center

-01/18/18 NOA 1 Date

-01/22/18 NOA Received

Oh okay, Thanks!  So even i want to travel international, is it okay with Expired GC and receipt letter? no stamp needed?

So what happens after one year of I-751 applied and still it is in pending, do we get another letter for one more year of extension or get stamp on Passport on that time?

Yes, you can travel in and out of the country with the expired green card and receipt letter. Toward the end of the life of the letter, you can go to a field office and get a stamp for an additional year.
