Adjustment of status and EAD waiting times out of the ordinary?

Hi!

I have applied for a greencard back in december, had my biometrics taken the last week of january, and as of Jan 31st the online tracker said " Case is Ready to be scheduled for an interview". And up until that point it was really nice, just playing the waiting game right?

Well, its been almost 3 months now, and the page hasn't changed at all. I also applied for an EAD and travel permit, but still haven't received anything in the mail.

Furthermore as of yesterday, when i use the online tracker, i get this message: At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

I tried calling the number, and when i input my petition status i get the same "case is ready to be scheduled blablabla" so, I guess there's nothing to worry about here?

But yeah, I'm just worried that something went wrong with my EAD, TP and maybe the whole thing... should I just try to contact them and make sure? Is it possible to expedite the whole thing in any shape or form?

Thank you very much for your time in reading this, and sorry if its a bit messy but, as always, this stuff throws me for a loop :/

Dont worry about that (cannot provide any info) case update.

Track your case on the new uscis website and it doesnt say that. That's just a glitch on some case trackers.

Also eads are taking 4 or more like 5 months on average right now. 3 months is rare now days.

All right thank you :)

Is there a different uscis website?

There's a new website for tracking your cases (in addition to the current case tracker tool). It requires signing up (free), but otherwise it's a more updated tracker: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

@DavideT

I read the same but this could be purely a coincidence too.

Some states get interviews around the 4 month mark.

I have this error and my city (chicago) says interviews srent fir 11.5 to 32 months and I'm on month 4.. so I dont know if that would be true but if It is that would be interesting. I did get my ead though. And after getting ead is when my case tracker updated to this error on aos.
