They changed info when they received the RFE with additional info back. Sicne than nothing :angry:

Feb 2006 case sent to Cali

April 2006-fingerprints

Ocober 2006-still pending FBI name check

April 2007 -faxed to senator...

Work Auth. filed for the third time

Well I just got my Green Card yesterday and the dates are wrong on it :angry:

So now I have to send in the I-90, and wait for ever probley to get it.

Then when my son finally gets his, I am sure it will probley be wrong too. :crying:

This just sucks :(

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

the last time I sent an inquiry to the FBI name check, I was told it takes 3-4 months to be responded to. They were the nastiest bunch I dealt with throughout the process. Also - i never did get a response from them and I probably sent 4 or 5 requests.

Our interview was back in October 2005 and still nothing.....

would you please give us the email address to inquire to the fbi about this check, this is really getting unbelievable. Congressman hasnt done a thing yet for us.

I am also in this club.

Had my interview yesterday, and the officer said she would approve us if my security check had been completed. Asked if I had my biometrics done at all...

No. Not to the FBI. We interviewed at the Pittsburgh Office and they were kind enough to give us an address to mail them if we have questions.

By the way, I got a once-sentence response about 24 hours after I e-mailed Pittsburgh.....

"Your security clearance is still pending".

you can check out this PDF i found when we needed help on security clearance during our K1. You can request status directly from the FBI (but as I have stated before, they were nasty to me, but definately others have had positive experience)
