Scroll up. I think somebody else got that same message. It's different than our changed message though. I wonder what it means?

I'm searching and I think it's another thread.....was it the member doodles75?

We got excited yesterday as well.....but upon reading other forums alot of people had the same reaction.

Our response was....

RESPONSE FOR EVIDENCE RECEIVED, CASE PROCESSING HAS RESUMED......WITH THE SAME DATE AS BEFORE BUT MENTIONED THE MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER THIS TIME AS WELL.

Later to find out that is where all the 485 's go through if your receipt # starts with MSC....

So I dont really know if anything is happening with our cases or this is just a rewording of what was orignally there.

Attorney suggest a WOM, but not sure how long we should wait before we start that process...Our interview took place 13 months ago...

Good luck to all....

does anyone know why the NBC processing dates no longer list i-485 ??? it always has before?

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/NBCprocesstimes.jsp

*bump* anyone know??

NBC has never listed times for I-485 as long as I've been involved in this, this isn't a recent change. For I-485 processing times look at the time for your DO.

I think you all whine too much at least you are with your spouse. I would give anything to be in the USA with my husband. Soon 2 years married but not togeather!!! so maybe on this thanksgiving you all should count your blessings. at least you get to carve a turkey togeather and enjoy your familys. Screw this USICS dubage, it dont mean nothing when you have your spouse right there. for us all our holidays and precious moments have been kicked from under us.

Thanks for that - I'll count my blessings while talking to my family on the phone because I won't be going

home this year to see them. Not being able to travel home may not sound too bad but it's sure as hell no blessing.

Good to see that your still the same old Shon...........

Everyone on VJ wishes your husband would get his visa.

Its nobodys fault on here.

So there is no need to come in here on Thanksgiving and bashing people becasue they wished there spouse had their Green Card.

Be prepared casue I am sure once he is here. He will be going thru the same ####### as many of the people in this thread with the name check.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I also agree with the above poster, its not all a bed of roses being away from your family that you left behind.

So give it a rest.

we have addressed several times in this thread why we feel the way we do and the reasoning behind being irritated that our processes are stalled. if you don't apreciate the whining, don't bother reading; although I would guess that the thread hasn't been read as again, we have already provided many reasons why we *whine*
