Does overstay as a minor back in 2003 affect my K-1 petition?

Hi guys,

So basically my family and I were on a B2 visa in 2001, we applied for an extension and were granted for another 6 months, so I was legal for a year (June 2001 - June 2002), meanwhile my father had applied for the H1-B visa which was denied in July 2003 and were given a few days to exit, which we did, we weren't deported or anything. Now at the time of 'overstay' I was 8 years old. Now my fiance and I are about to file our K-1 application. Also - no where in the i-129f form does it ask about my overstays. Now my question is that will my overstay as a minor 15 years ago affect my application? Also keeping in mind the fact that we were waiting to hear for our H1-B petition.

Thanks a million!

Of course, without a doubt, I hope they will understand that an 8 year old doesn't really make decisions. Thanks a lot
