Second Time K1 photos

I am applying for the K1 fiance visa for the second time for the same person after withdrawing the first time a few years ago.  I can prove that we have met in person in the last year by boarding passes and passport stamps.  However, since we did not know that we would be getting engaged again I do not have pictures with her from my most recent trip, only the trip from three years ago.  I already used those photos when filing for her the first time.  Does it matter if I use those photos to show that we met? Or is there a better way to proceed?  Thanks.

Boarding passes and passport stamps, as well as bank statements, hotel or car bills, are much more helpful than pictures. Pictures are secondary evidence :)

Allow me to assure you -- this person's right.
