Hi. there is someone from California. urgently need help. we got RFE, because of not enough evidence of divorce. they need a certificate of divorce. but my guy says that in California there are no certificates of divorce. but there is a decree that he sent them on 35 pages

He should go to California court and have them write a note in letterhead stating that and the send back with an ORIGINAL certified copy of the divorce.

Also make sure they copy you send has the judges signature.  That is required and there have been a few RFE's here because an unsigned copy was sent.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
