I don't know if you guys are like me, but i don't mind cooking..I don't even mind cooking something that takes forever and is difficult..

My only problem is figuring out WHAT TO COOK! It's so bad that my husband and i have to make a schedule for me/us (whoever gets to cook) for the week just so that i don't have to think about what to make.. We don't do that anymore though..

Anyway, i type all my recipes in a special folder on my desktop (some of which are secret recipes ;) sowwy..lol

I was thinking maybe you guys could share some of your recipes with the rest of us, so we can do something different everyday..

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

So you won't share but you want ours? :P I like cooking, but I don't usually make things that take forever - I'm not the patient sort. I prefer mix-and-bung-in-the-oven-or-on-the-stove.

Oooh... gonna post this recipe that I saw on TV - it turned out to be SO YUMMY. Really easy to make - the only thing I changed was that I used gorgonzola instead of pate (yuck!). The filet is a bit expensive (but worth it) - and it's really nice for a fancy dinner... this is what I made for Valentine's day :)

easy 10 min Chilaquiles (good breakfast, or dinner if u add chicken)

buy a pack of corn tortillas

fresh mexican cheese (u can get all of this in wal mart)

a big can of 'enchilada sauce' (please not old el paso, taco bell or such things.. try to get a mexican brand, el Pato is very popular)...

vegetable oil

in a big pan, cut some tortillas in like little triangles, then fry them a little with oil.. after they are a little bit golden, pour the enchilada sauce (sometimes there's chilaquiles sauce, more spicy) and cook it for about 5 min.. when done, just serve add fresh cheese and enjoy!!

alt: add precooked cut chicken breast into the mix when cooking.. or when frying the tortillas, instead of adding sauce, add 2 or 3 eggs and scramble.. best breakfast ever

I have to let everyone know about my new favorite dish...................

ingredients:

olive oil(garlic if you wish)

chicken cutlets

red roasted peppers

spinach

broccoli(raw or frozen)

sharp provolone cheese(or whatever you like.

Ok sautee' a little garlic in the olive oil..........add the chicken.

When chicken is done, add the spinach, broccoli and red roasted peppers.

I prefer to eat this on a sandwhich roll so I add the cheese and place in the broiler for a minute. Even if you just eat this without the bread it is amazing-I swear

I swear it is delicious-try it

and best of all it takes 10-15 minutes
