hello all

I 've my interview yesterday in abudhabi and the interview went well but I got a white slip of 221g and 2 items were marked ,the first one was my joint sponsor asset was land which the CO want an asset that can be converted like bank account or I should get a new joint sponsor and within that column he underline sponsor or joint sponsor passport copy or green card,,now my question is can birth certificate of joint sponsor be submitted as my lawyer say birth certificate of joint sponsor is good that not every US citizen have a passport copy .the reason why I need a joint sponsor is because my wife just started working and her income not enough and  it is not every U S citizen have a passport copy,is any one here have similar experience or have use a joint sponsor with birth certificate that is accepted ? the last items that was requested in the 221g was recent whatsapp chat because the whatsapp chat that  I presented were old ,your thought will be highly appreciated

I think you'll be OK with the birth certificate.  You could add a copy of a driver license, but why is it you don't just provide a passport copy?

Simple enough reason.  "He doesn't have one." would be the simple answer. LOL
