Thai wife's tourist visa

Hello, I am completing  the form DS160 for my wife. I am British and she is Thai. She lives in Thaialnd. She already has a UK visitors visa which lasts 5 years. When she comes over in September we want to goo ver to New York and Washington for our 1st American holiday. Have rough dates, but nothing booked.

I have some questions to make sure I complete the form for her correctly.

1. Type of visa - I assume its the B2.

2. It asks for Address Where You Will Stay in the U.S. - I don't know yet. Shall I just choose a hotel online that we'd like to stay at

3. Contact Person or Organization in the United States - we don't have a contact or know anybody. what should we put in there .

Thanks. My wife has her house, land, car, house book and bank books to take. Does she need to get these copied.

As I am paying should i send her my last 6 months bak statements to show I can afford to pay for the visit.
