K Visa Denied up on interview

my sister and her fiance applied for K1 visa and done with all process but her interview was yesterday and the officer at the embassy in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia denied to give her a visa , what should they do  next ???????

First, what was the explained reason for denial? Or what can they best assume the reason was?

Was it an actual denial or did they give any paperwork asking for more documentation?

Nobody can give you the correct answer because nobody knows why they were denied. There is a TON of information missing.

 

Give us more details about their case and if possible, the dialogue between the CO and the beneficiary and the official form that was given to the beneficiary after the interview.
