I have a question.

i file i-751 wavier before our two year anniversary while pending divorce paper. We married October 10, 2015 and we divorced in October 5 2018. We have two kids in this marriage.

am i eligible to apply for citizenship?

No you can't. USCIC Naturalization requirements specify:

  • Have been living in marital union with the U.S. citizen spouse, who has been a U.S. citizen during all of such period, during the 3 years immediately preceding the date of filing the application and up until examination on the application

Hello friends.

I am separated from my husband and the only proof of the relationship we have is the bank's statements, and photos together.
I still do not divorce. I'm afraid to start a divorce myself. Would that be advisable or could it further harm my process?

Help please

I am January 2018 filer. Filed for the waiver after the divorce was finalized.

Was wondering if there is anyone who has got an approval with the waiver.
