Hello,

I can't help but seem to constantly worry and it is really starting to eat away at me. I guess coming from Canada where I have always felt safe, I can't help but read the headlines and see the titles that read 'WW3 imminent', 'prepare for nuclear war', 'who will win the U.S. or Russia'. I really hope that I'm not alone in this but the fear of a nuclear war really terrifies me. I know in the summer there was more propaganda about a war with North Korea? I just want to know that I am not alone and if anyone else has these anxieties what helps them to calm them? It really terrifies me some days more than others it affects my day. My sister always just says if there is a nuclear war no one will live anyways so it won't matter where you are :(Any help is appreciated

I understand your fears but we cannot let the trolls get to us.

The chance of Thermonuclear war seems slim to me, and I am old enough to remember the cold war.

I worry about getting enough rest, excercise and good food. I want my family to be happy , healthyand I want a good crop if tomatoes this year. If I could work a little less and save little more than last year that would be a bonus, oh and get the garage organization done.

That is enough to worry about.

Damn I have to agree with @Amica Nostra on this. A lot of these headlines are just click bait for people to look at the websites for money. What websites are you reading BTW?

Debil means weak. You like weak coffee?

Hahaha I don't like coffee at all as a matter of fact. I was joking and trying to make the word Devil sound really country. My wife likes the very strong coffee.

I certainly remember the Cold War and I learned then it is not productive to worry about something you have no control over.  I highly doubt we will see WWIII anytime soon despite how some may predict doom and gloom coming.

Good Luck!

Not worried about WW3. Wouldn't matter where you go if there was a nuclear war. Purchase an underground bunker for peace of mind?

I have looked into it for sure but to have a good one to last several days/weeks/months you will shell out some serious cash.

Good Luck!

I remember your wise guidance when some try to hush me because confronting Putin on his behavior might lead to WW3.

Putin is a far from stupid man and he knows if something like would pop off then it would be bad for EVERYBODY.
