Is 2Go some sleazy company or what?

Our visa scanned into 2Go and sits there, day after day....

Does my fiancee now have to spend a day going to Cebu City because they are too lazy to deliver it?

Seems that way.

Suggestions?

We've called a dozen numbers, and only actually reached a human once and then "click"

So frustrating.  Is it normal for the visa to sit at 2Go day after day?

I would say 2Go is actually pretty good compared to some of the other visa delivery companies the USEM has used in the past.

Delbros  was in bed with the USEM, I used them back in 2008. I think they sux in general.

Then I think they went with Air21 for a while, now seems as if 2GO has been the courier for the last few years.

No I don't think they are sleazy, I just think you have be unlucky.  Have you or your fiancé/wife blow up their phones / emails is all I can suggest. In Philippines the sqeeky wheel gets the grease

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

We had them hold the visa at a hub in Legazapi and we went and picked up the visa rather than waiting a couple more days from the to deliver to my fiancé hometown about 30 minutes away.

@Balamban I can tell you exactly what happened here because it happened to my fiancé as well in regards to her visa. You have said many times before on here that your fiancé lives in a remote part of Cebu Island. So what 2Go is doing is basically they are collecting enough packages for that intended area to make it worthwhile to make a trip out there to deliver the packages.

The same thing happened to my now wife back in 2012 in regards to her visa delivery, they were holding on to it waiting until the next week to deliver due to the remoteness of the area. So my wife just took a bus down to the office to go get it instead of waiting.

4/13/2018 - USEM notified 2GO of shipment, 2GO picked up the shipment same day.  By 10PM that evening they had it loaded for shipment to CEBU

4/14/2018 - container with all the visa packages arrived in CEBU.

No updates since makes me believe what @cyberfx1024  stated - they are holding it with hopes of getting more packages going that way.

2GO is pretty good about deliveries, they are the FedEx rep in the Philippines also.
