Hi all,

Safe to say I do not like the I 134 form. Once again, sorry to post something that has already been addressed however there was conflicting advice in the threads I found. Does my fiancé “intend” or does he “not intend to make specific contributions”? Is it a trick question? Thanks for any insight.

I checked "Intend".  Then in part 7, I wrote (page 4, part 3, item 38) "N/A - Filing for K-1 Fiance Visa".

They accepted our I-134 form with the above information.  My fiance had her interview about 2 weeks ago.

Ah that’s a nice in between! I’ll go with that, thanks. And congrats.
