I-751 Evidence House deed only 2 pages. Is it enough?

Hello,

 

As part of the evidence package, We are submitting the House deed but it is only 2 pages. Is it enough or should we submit the entire closing documents when purchasing the property?

For what its worth, we did not provide the deed, just a copy of the interest rate conformation document.  We decided to only send this as it had all the info on it....our names, the home address, our signatures....e

May I ask why you didnt want to provide house deed?

My husband owned the house before we married, so the deed was filed in his name only.  We renewed our mortgage and placed my name on the documents as a joint debt.  It would have cost a bit more money to go and change the deed, but it would not make any difference for the mortgage....so we didn't bother.  For I751, financial evidence is king, so we concentrated on mortgage docs.
