It's no different than buying a gun.. you don't need an ID to buy a gun but it's common practice for gun shops to ask for an ID.

Say what???????????

What are you smoking??????????

Every gun I have ever bought I have had to show ID.

Voter fraud is not a wide spread problem now so I doubt it'll be wide spread if they start automatically registering citizens.

I know that I didn't use ID when I originally registered to vote.

That is why one district in California had 135% turn out compared to registered voters.

You just need to show your address for background checks.

I have seen lots of posts over the years from people who have been registered by the DMV and who are not citizens, obviously claiming to be a USC is about the biggest no no and could well get you deported.

Would not want to see them deported for doing so.

Me thinks thats not your real reason.

But anywho..

During automatic registration it's illegal for the DMV to send the immagrants info to the branch that handles the election data.

What do you mean illegal, how is it automatic if they do not send it?
