Paid IV fee ( in process ) then next day it changed " NOT PAID " please help me thanks!

Please help me here. I don't understand why it happened. First, I got an email from NVC for IV fee payment instruction then I paid immediately the status showed " in process "  so the next day I got another email the SAME thing for IV fee. I checked CEAC site and got shocked why there is " NOT PAID " in Fee section but I have IV fee " in process " in receipt section right there. Should I pay again or what? Thanks!

Dont pay again, just wait a week, let then to process the feed that u already paid.

Thanks! I'll wait. I paid on 13th last week on Friday so today is Tuesday. Hopefully all be cleared by this Friday. Fingers crossed

Yeah, when i pay it took around a week to change to PAID. Good Luck

Its like in my case. I paid and day after they send me again the same mail. I checked bank account and they charge me. After that, I called NVC, and they said its some error. Two days after everything is ok, ds260 was ready to fill.    (pay now-in process-pay now-paid)

Yea, its all cleared now. it was TERRIBLE day for me with panic attack because I was not be able to make a phone call to solve this problem because I'm hearing impaired ( deaf ). Thank you for the input here  Good luck with yours!
