Does anyone know how soon they'll start scheduling interviews after the retrogression on Oct 1st? 

They have started scheduling interview,a friend got his date few hours ago.

Last night and this morning my colleagues in Kenya and Nigeria received interview dates for as early as Oct 1. They had case complete on 7/10, 8/17 and 8/21.

Just called, it's been 3 weeks + 1 day that they received my documents, they were not reviewed. As usual the agent could not provide more information other than to say he will forward it to a supervisor and call back in another 6 weeks.

I see. I just got a CC on the 9th of September. Hopefully Hong Kong Consulate is not a busy consulate.
