Dears  I had my interview on 2 march 2018 , but the asked me for additional Docs ( taxes and signature for the sponsor  )  I sent these Docs with My passport at 24 march ,

the i checked my state on the CEAC website , "  Case Last Update : 3 April 2018   it says your visa case is currently undergoing necessary processing "  bla bla bla .  and  " if your visa application was approved , it will be processed and return to you by courier with 7 - 10 working days  " ,

also i checked my state again Today , the same information are there no change except the Date  ( Case Last Update : 16 April 2018 ) .

what should I do here and should  I just wait for the passport to be returned to me , and how to know if my Visa is approved or declined .

please advice as I applied for immigration in July  2016  .

Only option right now is to wait.

The case isn't really approved until the CEAC tracker shows "ISSUED" and yo get the passport back. Them having your passport is a positive sign.

Congrats,

I have a question for you :)

my wife is interviewing next month in Amman and she is syrian, do you know if I (the petitioner) can attend the interview with her? or they won't allow me to enter the embassy?

thanks

Dear ,

the interview will be for one person that is your wife , even if you are the petitioner they will not allow you to enter the embassy because your name will not be listed in the embassy visitors .

the interview will be very simple and very quick so don't worry .

hope I answered you .
