Yes, this is sufficient. Do you have an extension letter also? Or was your card lost?

As a general note, however, admission into the USA is only ever guaranteed to US citizens. Everyone else, including green card holders, has the chance to be denied.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

my greencard was lost, and went to get infopass and had my passport stamp for temporary visa. they said it is the same with greencard.

The I551 stamp is the same as a GC and your passport provides identification.  You should be fine.  I realize the link is for work authorization, but it does show what is used to prove LPR status.

Yes you can travel anytime, anywhere. Stamp is good as Green card.

Travel with stamp 90% of time which green card was lost ..

I don't realize why this is always such a big concern for people, as this situation is one of many that is exactly what the I-551 stamp is created for.

YMMV

payxibka, i know hate to feel this too.. i just read one thread that he got denied of boarding a cruise to bahamas for having only stamp. so this is all my anxiety coming from. i just really really hope they would let. i was not very concern before but now last minute i started to get worried!

Maybe, but you will also read a 1,000 posts where use of the stamp went off without any issues.  It is NOT the stamp.  It is ignorance of the travel company.  You cannot control ignorance.

Just to point out that the stamp is good for anything you need it IN THE US for, or for re-entry to the US, but it’s not always acceptable for other countries that may waive visas for green card holders whose passports would otherwise require them. If OP falls into this category and is using permanent resident status for somewhere that would otherwise require a visa (I don’t know specifics of Bahamas), would be wise to check specifically. This is possibly why the cruise person mentioned above was denied.

i have read that greencard and passport is needed to enter bahamas, maybe regardless of what passport you have(hoping).

If you did not have a green card, would you normally then require a visa to enter the Bahamas?

yes depend on the origin of your passport. some countries is fine to enter bahamas without visa, but some countries need one. they specified country that need visa and not

I know.  I am specifically referring to you since you don't disclose what country you are a passport holder of
