Can Fiance's parents provide assets for 134?

Hello,

My fiance's (the alien beneficiary) parent's have offered to provide the assets to meet the affidavit of support requirements since I'm currently unemployed (though I won't be by the time of the interview). Is there any chance/way that would work at all?

What kind of assets?  They would have to give them to you in order for it to possible work

Why can't they just be cosponsors?  If you have a cosponsor and they are listing assets on the I-134, they will count.  It's different than income - they're subject to the poverty difference x5 rule, which you should be aware of - but adequate assets should be okay.  Giving you the assets won't work, but cosponsoring you will.

Because a Sponsor /Co Sponsor / Joint Sponsor need to be USC's

Ahhh, yep, definitely didn't see that in the original post.  Definitely not an option, then.
