Hello!

 

I would like to ask for you kind help, I have sent my application for NVC including the affidavit of support form (i-864), I found out that I have sent the one with  errors ( with no social security number for the petitioner and I put the country of domicile as a foreigner country not USA :wacko:!!  the one with the correct data still with me...I am really worried what shall I do, shall I contact NVC to discard that one and send the new one or shall I wait for the interview?? one more question my father in law will sponsor me as well shall I send form A864 as a joint sponsor or to send his sponsorship as A864A as a houshold contract??

Go ahead and send the correct signed affidavits to NVC.  Start by studying the I-864 instructions.  Only if your father in law files taxes jointly with his wife, will you use an I-864a and it will be from HER.
