Where does the packet go that you give to immigration at POE? They entered at LAX.

What is an “original copy”? Do you mean original documents, or copies? Everything you hand in at your interview goes in the packet, whether original or copy.

That reminds me, just yesterday I saw a post where someone said the embassy told them there’s no more packet.  Just your passport with visa.  Could they be ending that?  I notices another post where the person had the same experience as my husband.  They said the packet was incomplete only to find the data was already in the system.  Could they finally have streamlined?
