OK, I think this is the last question I have about the I-29F forms before it goes in the mail...does it matter if there are different dates at the bottom of the form when it is signed? For example...a G-325A signed on one day, and the other G-325A signed a couple of days later. Has anyone had any problems with this? Thanks!

That is not a problem at all.

In our case I visited my SO and she signed the G-325A, and about 1 month later I filled out the I-129F and sent it all in.

Not at all! I (unnecessarily) pestered my fiance to have the docs in within a month, but only because I was so antsy. :D

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Here we go again...

Man, is that not the truth when dealing with this stuff?!! I'm a pretty level headed guy, but after reading all this forum stuff about RFE's, forms being sent back subject to recipients judgement, etc., one can't help but wonder what they will RFE you for next. Fortunately, thanks to all of your feedback and threads on this forum, I think my "attention to detail" should not leave much room for error. Now that I say that, I'll be sure to post my first RFE!!!
