Hi Guys!

Hope you are all doing good and enjoying your weekend. I would like to know your opinion about current situation of my case.

I been in embassy for follow up an interview (Second Interview) in mid March 2018.I was asked  for new medical, New photos, New  DS 260 because previous one was expired , only joint sponsor recent tax returns, updated police certificates,I gathered all documents and made follow up an interview appointment. In Interview, CO didn’t ask any questions about our relationship , here she started recent interview , she apologized me  I’m sorry it took a lot for us to process your visa.Afterwards, she just asked how old my daughter is and when she will be one year old. I answered afterwards ,she asked How quick I can travel ? I said as soon as i have visa in my hands . Furthermore, she took new finger prints and oaths as well. Suddenly she realized There was a problem in her PC.

Consular officer said Please take a seat i call you in a bit . Meanwhile she was doing something on her system . She called me back in 1hour and few minutes later. She said I cannot print your visa because your finger prints are not matching . I spoke in Washington about it and our team will work to fix this issue I don’t know how long it will take . As soon as the problem is fixed i will print your visa. She relaized i got shocked to hear this news and she put her hands into my file and said twice everything is ok .she didn’t give me any piece of paper and kept my passport. I am still waiting my immigrant visa since 24 days after second interview. Case status Date changed three times after interview. My second medical will expire on 20th September 2018 and our second marriage anniversary is coming on 20th of july 2018.afterwards My visa category will be change from CR1 to IR1. What do you think ? What’s your opinion ? I will really appreciate your time to answer my question  .
