Our original RFE issued in early Jan was also lost so we requested for an address change on Jan 25. USCIS confirmed us the address change was completed on Jan 31 and the duplicated RFE was mailed on the same day.

Maybe you should send a inquiry to USCIS using the following link, choose the option of “did not receive notice by mail”:

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

Good Luck!

Thank you. I actually did that and we aren’t even sure if it’s from uscis or the officer working on the case made a mistake. I have requested for a ‘case outside normal processing time’ and I just have to wait for the outcome tomorrow once my wife speak to a tier 2 officer as someone once suggested I do on this forum. I am praying things work out for good because it’s been so tough just sitting and waiting in suspense.

I have similar timeline with you, my PD is also 4/12 and they received my RFE documents on 2/12. Hopefully we both will get a NOA2 very soon and expecting an extra 30 days for this.

Yes we do! I followed your timeline and I see you got an approval! Congrats! Did you receive an email notification or did the letter come in the mail before any online update?

I tap into this blessing 🙏🏾. I am expecting a decision later this month once I hear from my wife.

Hope they will approve your case after receiving your RFE documents as soon as possible just like us. We were approved in 2 weeks after they received our RFE.

Thank you. I assumed we were approved!! As you can see my previous post with the case history picture, it said case was approved on Feb 25 but a RFE was mailed on Feb 27. I think this RFE is actually the one we have responded to as our original RFE notice was lost by mail. I received an email stated my case had an update so I logged in to the new USCIS website and case status shows RFE was mailed that made me mad. But when I clicked case history it shows case was approved. Then I received the approval letter in mail 2 days later. Old USCIS website still shows RFE documents were received. Will call USCIS to confirm the approval next Monday.

Right before 2 days of our case approval, I called USCIS and talked to tier 2 officer and let them know our case was pending for over 10 months. Not sure if this helped them to review my case sooner. You may try to do that too.

Yeah I tried calling USCIS many times! They always give you the “the case is processing, you can submit an outside processing time request and if you have already, you can’t for another 30 days”.. my page doesn’t show a case history when I check my updates.

Actually just check my mailbox and we are APPROVED! No update or email online though, just a mail letter. :)

Congratulations! Keep me posted if you have any updates for NVC stage! The longest wait is over, yeah!

Hello,

We just got our approval letter in the mail yesterday, 02/02/19!

Our Priority date for NOA1 was 04/19/18

Our approval is dated 01/29/19.

Service center - Nebraska

I'm in Kentucky, husband in Canada.

There was no update on either website, no app update, no email.  Called USCIS twice - both reps replied 'just wait'.  Submitted a case out of processing time request, contacted senator - FINALLY got approval.

Good luck everyone!

How to contact them, how to speak with live agent?

I am dialing this no. 1 (800) 375-5283 of uscis cutomer service but its an automated system gives the same info. what i see online.

How to reach this guys?

Online case processing status for  it is just stuck for nebraska. Although it shows processing 24th may 2018

NOA - 1 on 31stMay 2018.

And no progress yet.............

Shall I submit case inquiry online on their website?

When you call that number, I believe it’s option 3 check case status, listen through the automated response, then after that I believe it’s option 2 to notify them of a change of address. But every time I’ve called and waited on hold for 30minutes, I’ve always got the representatives to tell me the same stuff that my online account tells me. It’s almost a waste of time to call them, lol.

Hi guys, I just got this ‘As of February 28, 2019, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SRXXXXXX, is currently not assigned for processing’. What does this mean? 😔😔😔😔

It means nobody has seen your inquiry yet or nobody is working on it, I believe when I submitted an inquiry, it took roughly 2 weeks before it got assigned to someone.
