My husband finally got the approval e-mail! Nothing changed in the case-status consultation though and we are yet to receive something in the mailbox, but this is a huge relief. 

 

NOA1: April 27th

NOA2: January 9th

Nebraska Service Center

 

I hope everyone will get their approval soon too!

Today I checked my status online (for the 10,000th time lol), and our petition was APPROVED.        NOA1: April 10 Texas Service Center   My spouse is from India.

Got notification of our approval via email today!   Case received: April 13, 2018 Case approved: October 19, 2018   Texas Service Center.

No offense to anybody...but It really gets me when others who had PD later then others get approved first and then USCIS says they process in order it was received...

4/ 23 for me so I guess ours are in the same pile !

Good luck to everyone! It was frustrating and easy to feel down but your time will come. 

 

My guess is that if they had to send an RFE, they would do it before the case was outside normal processing times. For some of us, they’re probably just doing more in depth background/security checks.

I really hope we get an approval soon or any kind of update for that matter! Just seems like they’re just skipping over us :(

I wonder if they’re just looking past all China beneficiaries because of the little incident that’s going on between the two countries?

We just need to hang in for a while because each case are different from others so they’re basically doing their job but hopefully they would make the right decision soon rather than later. Hang in tight
