Hi all Nebraska folks,

 

Received an email notification today stating RFE has been mailed. I have mixed feeling now - happy for my case has been touched finally but unhappy for getting a RFE. I have no clue what documents are missing so now I have to wait at least a week more for the mail (I currently am living abroad).

Our NOA1 was April 17 and no news yet! You are getting close I guess with a bit of delay.

NOA1 : April 25th

NOA2 : January 4th 

Nebraska office..

The estimated time on VJ was from Jan.9th to Jan.12th

just spoke to tier 2 officer and the same BS what I be seeing on website...she was kind of rude and said it could be mid March before I get something...unf***ing believable...this is just turning into hell pack of nightmare ....so much stressed out right now..I don’t even wanna tell my better half this..she will go nuts...but end of the day what can we do...

I’m doing the same! Patiently waiting and checking on approval updates everyday. 

I called into USCIS yesterday and the representative said I should receive an update no later than 3 weeks from now.

I am sick and tired of nsc with their snail approached way of handling the i-130  application. Priority is 04/12 and no news yet while other service center are in may/june

Finally got an approval notice in the mail. Approved on 01/03 but no update on the USCIS website.
