This is getting ridiculous. My I130 will be outside normal processing times on 12/15. They responded to my inquiry on the I129F and said they'll take action within 60 days.

I130 at TSC

NOA1: 04/16

I129F at TSC

NOA1: 05/04

Response to my inquiry:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

They actually just allowed me to submit the inquiry for the I130. It says I should expect a reply by January 4th. They'll respond with the same 60 day thing. That means I'm looking at almost 11 months for the NOA2. Just freaking ridiculous.

What's wrong with Nebraska office ?!!! I haven't seen any early April approvals for 2 weeks now!

My NOA1 is April 20

Today we complete 240 days waiting to hear anything from the USCIS and the estimated time on VJ keeps jumping everyday!! Why is it the slowest office ?!

Have any late April filer called them yet? I feel like I should. The silence is dreadful.

You r not alone in this boat...April 24 NSC and just feel like Nebraska don’t give a rat A** about petitions being processed..I think they already started there Christmas holidays and most likely will resume at next year...even late March filers r left behind and NSC just stalled...to be honest I think April filers will start to get there approvals early next year ...so just hand on ...ride the storm and keep an eye on horizon...Hope never dies...🙏

I am in the same boat! The NOA 1 was dated April 17 and there is absolutely no news and no new member updates on VisaJourney!

My NOA1 date is April 9 and am still waiting for NOA2. NSC too. My VJ timeline estimation also keeps moving to later that makes me frustrated. I wish I mailed my petition in the US rather than using my overseas address on the petition.

I called them and when I finally got through to a human, they said they couldn't speak to me, as I was the beneficiary not the petitioner!

My PD is April 2nd and still haven't heard anything as of yet.  It seems like they are on the tailend of March and will try to finish March for December before they move onto April petitions.  The Wait is killing me and I knew being at Nebraska was probably going to be a long wait but we are still in normal processing time so still have to wait another month before we inquire.  Hopefully I hear something before that, that way I don't have to write my congressmen.  C'mon Nebraska, people are trying to reconnect here.

Nebraska filer here (NOA1 4/4)

We just received our NOA2 in the mail on Monday (12/17).

It was dated 12/13.

However, until now our status on the USCIS portal still hasn’t been updated.

Hang in there guys..and check your mail daily!

I am hoping for the same results. We are actually NOA1 4/5, but for some reason, on one of the websites it says 4/9. We are NSC and in Texas too. Impatiently waiting.  T&M

Just curious, was it in a plain envelope or marked from the USCIS or Dept Of Homeland Security?

 Thanks.

I feel your pain. NOA1 4/5 NSC and the song "Killing Me Slowly" is coming to my head. They are killing me.

It was in a Dept of Homeland Security envelope. Hope you get yours soon too.
